How to identify second-hand small excavators
Rubber crawler and chassis.Rubber tracks on small excavators differ from those on large machines and can be used in lawns and lanes. Many times, users do not check the wear of rubber tracks, just like rails.
As a result, only the wear of the rubber track was observed, and too much wear was not observed on the sprocket and the inert wheel. It can be estimated that cracks and wear are used at the edges of rubber tracks, as observed during tyre wear. The same pattern.
According to the use and soil conditions of rubber crawler, the service life of rubber track will vary greatly.
When the user checks the track and chassis, do not forget to check the oil level and cleanliness again.
Business inspection. After the engine is preheated and activated, the machine tilts so that it is only on one side of the track, and the tracks on both sides rotate in turn to stand. Note how many of these actions can be completed in 30 or 60 seconds, and then compared with other tracks.
If you run in a straight line, you will know that both sides of the walking equipment are also running.
Simultaneous inspection of rotating annular gears and slewing supports. Under normal circumstances, the upper can begin to rotate smoothly and can be stopped accurately, with little or no deviation. For small excavators, rotary annular gears and slewing supports should have the same life as the machine, so any questions about this part should be taken seriously.
Engine Hood.Too much smoke usually means that the piston ring needs to be replaced and the engine repair takes a long time. Check the air filter as well as all pipes and clips. Just a little dust is enough to destroy the entire engine. Pay attention to the dust or dirt that accumulates at the end. Also check the fan to make sure it is in a tight state. Check the heatsink to make sure it is clean. Ignoring the cooling and intake systems can cause the engine to overheat, reducing the service life
The basic inspection also includes checking the radiator liquid and engine oil, checking the battery for corrosion, and checking for visible leaks around the engine.
Microcomputers are used in special cases, such as laying, laying pipes, digging trenches, etc. they are used for a relatively short period of time each year.
