Tips for mini excavator before operation

For some simple working skills and methods of small excavators, I will give you some narration!

1. Before entering the site, it is necessary to clearly understand the construction conditions and tasks, and strictly abide by the relevant safety regulations of the construction site after entering the site. Among them, the construction conditions and tasks include: the height and depth of excavation, underground cables, various pipelines, slope and wire height, the situation and location of graves, tunnels and various obstacles.

2. Check whether the switch contacts and insulation of the electric circuit are in good condition.

3. Check whether the fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water are sufficient. If not, add them. Do not smoke or get close to the open fire when adding fuel oil to avoid fire.

4. Check whether there is leakage and whether the action of each pipeline, operating valve, working oil cylinder and oil pump of the hydraulic system is abnormal.

5. Check whether the wire rope and the clip for fixing the wire rope are firm and reliable.

6. When the excavator is working in stony soil or frozen soil area, blasting shall be carried out before excavation.

7. According to the routine maintenance items, check, maintain, adjust and fasten the excavator.

8. Put the control lever of the main clutch in the "neutral" position and start the engine (if starting by hand, pay attention to the counter attack of the handle; if starting by hand, do not wrap the rope around the hand). Check whether the instruments, transmission mechanism, working device and brake mechanism are normal, and start to work after confirming that they are correct.

9. After the engine is started, no one is allowed to stand in the bucket, on the boom, on the track and on the shed.
