What Should The Excavator Of Operation Under Special Working Conditions Pay Attention To?

In all kinds of construction projects, will inevitably encounter all kinds of complex working conditions, which is also the diversity of engineering construction conditions determined.

First, work in muddy water and on the soft ground. In the soft ground operation, because the excavator equipment weight is heavier, the ground may slowly appear to fall, the operation should always pay attention to the lower part of the body situation. When the equipment is operating in water, do not let the horizontal surface exceed the upper branch of the heavy wheel, let alone the tilt angle of the equipment more than 15 °, if the equipment of the rotary bearing inside the water, must be timely drainage, and add a sufficient amount of grease, otherwise this situation is easy to cause damage to the engine or other structural parts.

Ii. operations on uphill and downhill When the equipment is driving down the steep slope, it is necessary to use the walking joystick and throttle joystick to maintain a low driving speed. When moving up or down a slope above 15°, the angle between the bucket rod and the arm should be maintained 90-110°, the back of the bucket is 20-30 cm away, and the engine speed is reduced. If the equipment on the slope, the engine quenching situation, at this time should be prohibited to carry out rotary operation, to prevent the superstructure in its self-weight under the action of rotation. If the equipment stops running on the ramp, do not open the cab door, which is easy to cause sudden changes in operating force, the cab door should always be closed.

When the equipment is on the ramp, do not change the direction of walking, otherwise it will cause the equipment to slide or tilt, if you have to change the direction of walking on the slope, you should operate on a relatively flat, sturdy slope.

Iii. operation in the coastal area.Excavators operating in the coastal area, before operation to check the screw plug, discharge valve and each lid is loose, if there is loosening, to immediately tighten. If necessary, add the right amount of grease to the electrical equipment to prevent the equipment from being corroded by seawater. After operation, the entire equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to remove salt from seawater and, if necessary, grease or lubricants should be added where needed to avoid rust.
