What are the differences between the friction-welded track roller and the traditional type of track roller?
1. Friction-welding track roller is better in the wear-resistance and has longer working lifetime.
2. Consumption of material
For traditional track roller, the roller bodies are connected by the welding rod.
For friction-welding track roller, the roller bodies are connected by the friction between roller bodies.Friction part of roller will be added more material to make sure roller is conformed to the standard size after friction-welding.
3. Interior parts
For traditional track roller, the welding is done after two processes of fine machining, therefore the requirement to the size of interior parts is not that severe.
For friction-welding track roller, after the welding, there is one more fine machinning with concentric locating to make sure the conformity of inner sizes.And for which, the requirement to the size of interior parts is severe.Interior parts for friction-welding track roller are with higher standard.
