Production description

The power of the hydraulic excavator engine is transmitted to the crawler through the driving motor and the sprocket rim,which requires that the excavator undercarriage sprocket mesh with the track chain of the crawler correctly and smoothly. And the crawler can mesh well when it is elongated due to the wear of the track pins and track bushes.

1. Friction-welding track roller is better in the wear-resistance and has longer working lifetime.

2. Consumption of material
For traditional track roller, the roller bodies are connected by the welding rod.
