Track rollers also called bottom rollers and  lower rollers are used to support the weight of crawler excavators and roll on the track link. It is also used to keep track link to prevent it from lateral slippage. When the excavator steers, mini excavator bottom roller force the track assy to skip on the ground.

track rollers are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.

In the process of assembly of roller, the expected and reliable sealing and lubricating rotation of roller are guaranteed by testing of air pressure tightness and load-bearing rotation.
