The common track shoe plates can be divided into three types according to the grounding shape: single bar, three bars and flat type.and some of them adopt triangular track shoe plate. Single grouser pad is mainly used for bulldozers and tractors, because this kind of track shoe plate is required to have high traction capacity when such machinery works. However, it is seldom used on excavators, only when the excavator is equipped with a drill rack or requires a large horizontal thrust. High traction force is needed when turning from sub-track, so high crawler tendons (i.e. crawler tendons) will squeeze the soil (or land) between the crawlers, thus affecting the maneuverability of excavators.

Steel track shoe pads can be divided into excavator pads and bulldozer pads. These two pads are the most commonly used, using section steel as raw materials. Another is the wetland pad used by bulldozers, commonly known as "triangular plate", which is cast plate. Another kind of casting pad is used on crawler crane. The weight of this plate is tens of kilograms less and hundreds of kilograms more.

We are a manufacturer. We do forging and casting by ourselves. And our factory is located in Quanzhou city, Fujina, China.

2. How could you know if our parts are fitted to machines?

Please offer us the detailed machine models or mounting sizes.

3. How about the payment terms?

TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.

4. What is the delivery time?

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 20days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.

5. What is MOQ for the order?

Generally speaking, the MOQ is a full container load of 20 feet container. Under this condition, the single cost can be lowered. if customers ask for less full container load. It is also acceptable.

6. How can you control your quality?

When material come inside our factory, we need to analyze the material cost. And when front idlers and sprocket rims material are casted. We need to analyze the composition to see if the material is qualified or not. When track rollers, carrier rollers and front idlers are being assembled, we need to oil leakage testing. After several parts are heat treated, we need to check the hardness before all are done.And our inspectors will check the sizes at ramdom when parts are being machined or assembled. All of these can guarantee the parts with correct sizes and good quality.

7. What is the percent of your parts for overseas market?

70percent of our parts are for overseas market.
