Kubota Track Roller

Production description

The Kubota track roller also called Kubota bottom roller and Kubota lower roller is used to support the weight of crawler excavators and roll on the track link. It is also used to keep track link to prevent it from lateral slippage. When the excavator steers, track roller force the track assy to skip on the ground.

Kubota Track Rollers are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.

Bimetal bushing

Bimetal bushing of our Kubota bottom roller  is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

Floating seal group

Floating seal group of our Kubota lower roller  has super seal performance under bad working conditions like being muddy or steamy etc.. it is applicable for the condition of low speed and heavy load. And it is anti-friction and can be auto-compensated after wearing.

Lubrication oil

Lubrication oil of our Kubotalower roller is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

We are a manufacturer. We do forging and casting by ourselves. And our factory is located in Quanzhou city, Fujina, China.

2. How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator?

Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself. Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.

3. What is the package? Can I print my logo or brand on the package?

The normal package is below:

Honed tubes package: oilded and capped on tub end. PE sheet bundles wrapped package or as per request.

Chrome plated bars package: oiled and protected by hardboard sleeves, then in seaworty wooden case.

Hydaulic cylinder package: wrapped by PE film and packed in strong wooden case.

Logo or marking will be as per customer’s request.
