Technical requirements:

1: Before assembly, all parts shall be inspected and cleaned separately;

2: During assembly, the assembly size shall be ensured;

3: The sealing surface of shaft sleeve, shaft and floating seal ring shall be coated with lubricating oil;

4: The contact surface between O-ring and floating seal ring shall be free of lubricating oil,

The O-ring assembly shall be free of distortion;

5: After assembly, ensure that the wheel body can be rotated by hand without jamming;

6: After assembly, pressure test and oil filling shall be carried out;

7: After assembly, polish, polish and remove welding slag.
