Technical Requirements Of D85EX-15 BULLDOZER UPPER ROLLER

1. Check all parts strictly before assembly and clean them.

2. A small amount of oil shall be applied to the mating surface of the shaft sleeve and the straight shaft before assembly. 

3. The floating oil seal ring shall be assembled in pairs, and its sealing surface shall be coated with lubricating oil. The contact surface between O-ring and floating oil seal ring shall not be coated with lubricating grease, and the assembly of floating oil seal rubber ring shall not be twisted.

4. After assembly, rotate the wheel body by hand, with a certain resistance moment, but without jamming imagination.

5. After assembly, fill in the filtered lubricating oil and check that there is no leakage.
