Generally speaking, we use 20gp container to load the goods. And It can load from 22tons to 28tons. It is up to customer's requirements.

But some time, customer will take 40 feet container.because there is no a big difference at the fee between 20 feet and 40 feet container in their side.

And there are two seaports available Xiamen and quanzhou.

Attentions while assembling the VIO70 excavator carrier roller

 

1. All parts shall be cleaned before assembly without any sundries;

2. Apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the grinding surface of the floating seal ring;

3. Idle for more than 10 times after assembly;

4. Carry out the pressure test before oil injection, and there is no air leakage under the pressure of 0.5-0.6mpa;

5. After installation, inject clean sae80w-90 gear oil (the oil volume accounts for about the cavity

90% ~ 95% of the volume;

6. After the surface is clean, spray two coats of dark blue antirust paint.
