Material superiority

A. Our track roller and carrier roller are forged from 40Mn round steel instead of 50Mn square steel used by our many counterparts. 40Mn has better performance in hardening and penetration than 50Mn which increases the abrasion resistance.

B. The material of track link is 35Mn and the usual material in market is 40Mn2 and 40Mn. The price differential among them can be 1200 yuan per ton.

Technology difference

A. The track roller of excavators belonging to 300+ series and all kinds of bulldozers relies on squeeze to from by air hammers, while the track roller made by traditional factories is formed through friction press punch. The differences of blank density can be observed by metallographic analysis.

B. The shaft applies hardening and tempering treatment and quenching process and traditional factories only use quenching process.

C. Lathe finishing after integral welding guarantees coaxial degree of our products and traditional factories weld after lathe finish half wheel body.

D. The sprocket applies integral hardening and low tempering and traditional factories only harden the single sprocket segment.

E. The bimetal bushes and floating oil seals use standard parts with more stable quality and higher purchase cost which produced by Shuanghui Machinery, Tianjin Hengqing and Qingdao Shizhen.

F. The use of imported mechanical oil and environmental protection paint improves the ability to resist high and low temperature and extends the product’s working life under severe environment.

G. The productive process is under critical test and the weigh of raw material and single finished product are higher than like product in this industry.
