The sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth or cogs,that mesh with a chain,track or other perforated or indented materials.The name 'sprocket' applies generally to any wheel upon which radial projections engage a chain passing over it. the sprocket and may be positioned at the front or back of the vehicle, or in some cases both. There may also be a third sprocket, elevated, driving the track.

Packing
Each pile of undercarriage rims need to be around 2tons for easy loading.

1. When raw material come inside our factory,we need to test the material composition first.
2. We need to analyze the composition of the first furnace of the steel liquid every day.
3. After several pcs of parts are heattreated, we need to check the hardness before all to be done to guarantee the hardness.
4. Our inspectors will check the sizes when parts are being machined and parts are being assembled.

There are 6 months guarantee time for excacavar parts under normal working conditions and 3months guaranteet tiem for bulldozer parts under normal working conditions.
2. How do you offer guarantee?
If parts are broken due to manufacturing problem, we will deduct the value for next order amount or offer you brand new one to replce.

Yes,we can make customer logos if it reach the moq for customer logo order.

Yes, you can offer us the main dimension. Then we can compare with our ready products and make a drawing for your checking.
