Production introduction:

The guide wheel is used to guide the track to rotate correctly to prevent its deviation and derailment.            

Most excavators also act as supporting wheels. This can increase the contact area between the track and the ground and reduce the grounding voltage.            

The wheel surface of the guide wheel is made into a smooth surface, and the middle arm ring acts as the guide, while the torus on both sides supports the rail chain.            

The smaller the distance between the guide wheel and the nearest supporting wheel, the better the guidance.         

Material: ZG50MN, casting, tempering, hardness HRC48-HRC56           

Main points:            

In order to make the guide wheel work and prolong its life, the radial runout of the wheel face on the central hole should be less than or equal to 3MM, and the correct alignment should be made when the wheel is installed.

Attentions while assembling the Front idler rollers

1. Before assembling rollers,smooth the sharp part of sapre parts and do the deburring,clean the inner holes of the roller body and oil seal etc..

2. Do not break and scratch any part of the sealing parts.

3. Do not oil and distort the rubber floating seal ring during assembling the rollers.

4. A small amount of oil should be covered on the contacting surface while fitting the floating seal group.

5. After finishing the assembling process,fill clean extreme-pressure vehicle gear oil to take 80 percent of the inner cavity of roller body and do the running test then confirm no leakage after 4 hours.

Price is effected by main factors below:

1) Order quantity: the bigger quantity, the better price.

2) Raw steel price: if raw materials price is stable, our price is stable.

3) USD/RMB exchange rate.

4) Size: if it is regular size, price is regular. If not, price is based on size detail.

5) Length: to make your cost down, we suggest honed tubes length be unfixed 4 to 6 meter range. For chrome plated bars, we suggest length be fixed 3 or 6 meter.

The suggested length is mainly decided by raw materials length.

For example, if you need chrome plated bars length 4.5 meter, price is higher than the chromed bars with length 6 meter because the raw steel bar length is 6 meter. If we produce 4.5 meter, 1.5 meter length of the chrome plated rods will be wasted
