The guide wheel is used to guide the track to rotate correctly to prevent its deviation and derailment.            

Most excavators also act as supporting wheels. This can increase the contact area between the track and the ground and reduce the grounding pressure. 

The wheel surface of the guide wheel is made into a smooth surface, and the middle arm ring acts as the guide, while the torus on both sides supports the rail chain.            

The smaller the distance between the guide wheel and the nearest supporting wheel, the better the guidance.

Brackets of idler roller are made by ductile iron. It shows exceptional resisitance to shock.

Bimetal bushing

Bimetal bushing of our front idler is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

Cost saving service life

The heavy profiles of idler roller rims are carefully heat treated in depth for extra service life.

Floating seal group

Floating seal group of our of idler group has super seal performance under bad working conditions like being muddy or steamy etc.. it is applicable for the condition of low speed and heavy load. And it is anti-friction and can be auto-compensated after wearing.

Lubrication oil

Lubrication oil of our idler assy is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

Attentions while assembling the rollers

1. Before assembling rollers,smooth the sharp part of sapre parts and do the deburring,clean the inner holes of the roller body and oil seal etc..

2. Do not break and scratch any part of the sealing parts.

3. Do not oil and distort the rubber floating seal ring during assembling the rollers.

4. A small amount of oil should be covered on the contacting surface while fitting the floating seal group.

5. After finishing the assembling process,fill clean extreme-pressure vehicle gear oil to take 80 percent of the inner cavity of roller body and do the running test then confirm no leakage after 4 hours.

1.      Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

We are a manufacturer. We do forging and casting by ourselves. And our factory is located in Quanzhou city, Fujina, China.

2.      How could you know if our parts are fitted to machines?

Please offer us the detailed machine models or mounting sizes.

3.      How about the payment terms?

TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.

4.      What is the delivery time?

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 20days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.

5.      What is MOQ for the order?

Generally speaking, the MOQ is a full container load of 20 feet container. Under this condition, the single cost can be lowered. if customers ask for less full container load. It is also acceptable.

6.      How can you control your quality?

When material come inside our factory, we need to analyze the material cost. And when front idlers and sprocket rims material are casted. We need to analyze the composition to see if the material is qualified or not. When track rollers, carrier rollers and front idlers are being assembled, we need to oil leakage testing. After several parts are heat treated, we need to check the hardness before all are done.And our inspectors will check the sizes at ramdom when parts are being machined or assembled. All of these can guarantee the parts with correct sizes and good quality.
