The mini excavator front idler is used to guide the track to rotate correctly to prevent track deviation and detailment.Most of min idlers also act as track rollers.this can increase the contact area between the track and the ground and reduce the grounding pressure.The surface of idler is made into a smooth surface and the middle arm ring acts as the guide.and the the torus on both sides support the track link.The smaller the distance between the idler and the nearest mini track roller,the better guidance.

1. The idler body is a casting part, and the idler body has durability and rust resistance after special heat treatment.

2. Good sealing guarantees the serveise life of the idler.

3. The idler section shows the hardness of the Idler body diameter, and the design of the idler shaft and the outer diameter gap is reasonable, which increase the wear life.

4. The cross section shows the hardness and lubrication clearance of the lead shaft.

5. Leading shaft, copper bushing and sealing parts, all parts are passed through the fully automatic production system, and the presion is controlled by the numerical control computer to ensure the reliability.

1. When raw material come inside our factory,we need to test the material composition first.

2. We need to analyze the composition of the first furnace of the steel liquid every day.

3. After several pcs of parts are heattreated, we need to check the hardness before all to be done to guarantee the hardness.

4. Our inspectors will check the sizes when parts are being machined and parts are being assembled.

1. You are a trader or a manufacture?

We are a factory with casing and forging.

2. How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator?

Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself. Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.

3. How about the payment terms?

We usually accept T/T or L/C. other terms also could be negotiated.

4. What is your minimum order?

It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is USD5000. one 20’ full container and LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.

5. What is your delivery time?

FOB Xiamen or any Chinese port : 35-45 days . If there are any parts in stock , our delivery time is only 7-10 days.

6. What about Quality Control?

We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the product quality and specification piece carefully, monitoring every production process until packing is complete, to ensure product safety into container. correct sizes and good quality.
