The mini front idler is used to guide the track to rotate correctly to prevent track deviation and detailment.Most of min idlers also act as track rollers.this can increase the contact area between the track and the ground and reduce the grounding pressure.The surface of idler is made into a smooth surface and the middle arm ring acts as the guide.and the the torus on both sides support the track link.The smaller the distance between the idler and the nearest mini track roller,the better guidance.

Bimetal bushing of our front idler is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

2. Floating seal group

Floating seal group of our idler has super seal performance under bad working conditions like being muddy or steamy etc.. it is applicable for the condition of low speed and heavy load. And it is anti-friction and can be auto-compensated after wearing.

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 20days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.

2. What is MOQ for the order?

Generally speaking, the MOQ is a full container load of 20 feet container. Under this condition, the single cost can be lowered. if customers ask for less full container load. It is also acceptable.

3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

If you want to check sample first, you need to pay the sample charge and the charge will be refunded to you when the mass order is confirmed.

4. Do you make customized products?

Yes, all parts are custom made according to customers’ drawings or samples. If you have any parts to be made, please feel free to send us your drawings or samples.
