The YANMAR mini excavator track roller is an essential component of any excavation project. With its durable design and reliable performance, this track roller provides the traction and stability needed to move heavy loads and maneuver through challenging terrain.
Differential type of quenching or through type of quenching heattreatment can ensure certain heat treatment hardness depth and so give good anti-cracking effects.
Each mini excavator rollers is precision machined to house special high impact low wear bimetal bushings.

Technical requirement
1. All parts shall be cleaned before assembly without any sundries;
2. Apply a small amount of clean oil to the grinding surface of the floating seal ring; ensure the axial direction after assembly
The displacement is 0.3-0.6 mm
3. Carry out the pressure test before oil injection, and there is no air leakage under the pressure of 0.5-0.6mpa;
4. After installation, inject clean sae80w-90 gear oil (the oil volume accounts for about the cavity
90% ~ 95% of the volume;
5. Run it in for 3-5 minutes after refueling to make it operate smoothly;
6. After the surface is clean, spray two coats of antirust paint.
