Technical requirement

1. Before assembly, the sharp angle and burr of the parts shall be removed, and the bore, bearing, oil seal and other parts in the wheel body shall be cleaned.

2. Floating oil seal and other parts shall not be scratched or bruised.

3. The floating seal rubber ring shall not be stained with oil or twisted during assembly.

4. A small amount of oil shall be applied to the pressure fitting surface and floating oil seal fitting surface during assembly.

5. After assembly, inject 700ml of vehicle gear EP oil with clean capacity, and check after 4 hours to ensure there is no leakage.

6. The painting color of the assembly shall be in accordance with the customer's requirements.
