The function of the bulldozer lower roller is to transfer the weight of the locomotive group to the ground and roll on the track. In order to prevent derailment, the supporting wheel should also be able to prevent the relative lateral movement of the track on it.

The requirements for supporting wheels are: wear-resistant flange, reliable bearing seal, low rolling resistance, etc.

Easy-to-come problems

 (1) Wheel wear. The reason for this is that the steel used is not qualified or the hardness of the material is low and the wear resistance is insufficient during heat treatment.

 (2) Oil leakage. The bearing axle rotates all the time through the sleeve, and the inner part of the wheel needs oil to lubricate. But if the sealing ring is not good, it is easy to cause oil leakage. In this case, the axle and the sleeve are easy to wear and tear without lubrication, resulting in the product can not be used. There are several reasons for oil leakage: 1. Unqualified floating oil seal; 2. Insufficient circularity of product sleeve; 3. Insufficient gloss of support shaft; 4. Unqualified gear oil; 5. Processing dimension tolerance and so on. All these problems will cause the oil leakage of the supporting wheels.

Oil Leakage Inspection and Elimination

1. In the process of installation, strict inspection shall be carried out according to the technical requirements of the parts, so as to keep them clean and prevent impurities from entering the installation surface. Especially the sealing face of the sealing ring, even if there are small dust particles, it will destroy the sealing and cause oil leakage.

2. Seal sleeve and rubber ring need to be replaced for aging, deformation, scarring and rupture.

3. Spring should be replaced when its elasticity is insufficient. Its end surface is uneven and can be ground flat. When the coil is warping, it should be repaired and trimmed, and the sharp edges should be removed.

4. Large and small sealing rings are not in strict contact and can be re-grinded to make them have uniform and continuous grinding rings. Do not touch the end of the ring and disturb the spouse ring. The thickness of the ring should be the same, otherwise it must be replaced.

5. The thickness of rubber ring is not enough. It is allowed to wrap asbestos rope to achieve a tightness of/0.15-0.20 kg per square centimeter.

6. Bending of axle, non-circular or neck wear, wear of supporting wheel hub and sealing shell matching belt must be repaired.

7. When bearing and seal ring are worn in plane, oil-resistant rubber rings 2-4 mm thick can be padded between seal sleeve and hub end face according to the degree of wear. After installation, the sealing sleeve assembly shall be able to rotate freely on the hub. In addition, the bearing wear can be compensated by a gasket with an outer diameter of 100 mm, an inner diameter of 85 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm between the bearing outer ring and the shoulder of the support platform of the sealing shell. When the height of the seal sleeve is less than 32 mm and the width of the bearing is less than 41 mm, new products should be replaced.

8. Paper cushions on supporting wheels should be kept intact and non-destructive, with appropriate thickness.

Chrome plated bars package: oiled and protected by hardboard sleeves, then in seaworty wooden case.

Hydaulic cylinder package: wrapped by PE film and packed in strong wooden case.

Logo or marking will be as per customer's request.
