Production introduction

Komatsu rollers are composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller and the roller body is welded by CO2 automatic welding.

Bimetal bushing

Bimetal bushing of our komatsu track roller is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

Floating seal group

Floating seal group of our komatsu bottom rollers has super seal performance under bad working conditions like being muddy or steamy etc.. it is applicable for the condition of low speed and heavy load. And it is anti-friction and can be auto-compensated after wearing.

Lubrication oil

Lubrication oil of our komatsu lower rollesr is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

Supply ability

Our factory can produce around 25000pcs of track rollers per month.

Lead time

Around 30days,but if all order with only 200 serial track roller,the lead time is 10-15 days.

Most customers choose 20 feet heavy duty container. But some time,40 feet container is available too.

1. What is the delivery time?

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 20days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.

2. What is MOQ for the order?

Generally speaking, the MOQ is a full container load of 20 feet container. Under this condition, the single cost can be lowered. if customers ask for less full container load. It is also acceptable.

3. How can you control your quality?

When material come inside our factory, we need to analyze the material cost. And when front idlers and sprocket rims material are casted. We need to analyze the composition to see if the material is qualified or not. When track rollers, carrier rollers and front idlers are being assembled, we need to oil leakage testing. After several parts are heat treated, we need to check the hardness before all are done.And our inspectors will check the sizes at ramdom when parts are being machined or assembled. All of these can guarantee the parts with correct sizes and good quality.

4. What is the percent of your parts for overseas market?

70percent of our parts are for overseas market.

5. Is there any guarantee of your parts?

There are 6 months guarantee time for excacavar parts under normal working conditions and 3months guaranteet tiem for bulldozer parts under normal working conditions.

6. How do you offer guarantee?

If parts are broken due to manufacturing problem, we will deduct the value for next order amount or offer you brand new one to replce.
