Technical requirement

1. All parts shall be cleaned before assembly without any sundries;

2. Apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the grinding surface of the floating seal ring;

3. Carry out the pressure test before oil injection, and there is no air leakage under the pressure of 0.5-0.6mpa;

4. After installation, inject clean sae80w-90 gear oil (the oil volume accounts for about the cavity

90% ~ 95% of the volume;

5. After the surface is clean, apply two coats of gray antirust paint.
