Track Roller PC200 are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.
We will select different material as per different working condition for our track roller assy to meet customer requirements and machine precisely and assemble them well to guarantee the hight quality.

Bimetal bushing
Bimetal bushing of our mini lower roller is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.
Lubrication oil
Lubrication oil of our mini lower roller is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

2. What is the delivery time?
Generally speaking, the delivery time is 30 days. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is from 10-15 days.
3. If we don’t have drawings, could we develop a new item?
Yes, you can offer us the main dimension. Then we can compare with our ready products and make a drawing for your checking.
