Track roller also called Excavator bottorm roller and excavator lower roller is composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller and the roller body is welded by CO2 automatic welding.
Each excavator bottom roller shaft is machined by the utilization of the most modern technological advances known to the industry, Grinding and finishing methods ensure mirror like finish and tempering with medium to low frequency heat treating equipment guarantees maximum strength.
Maximum life
Each excavator lower roller shell is carefully heat treated to ensure long wear life and stress resistance.
Precision care
Each track roller is precision machined to house special high impact low wear bimetal bushings.
In the process of assembly of roller, the expected and reliable sealing and lubricating rotation of roller are guaranteed by testing of air pressure tightness and load-bearing rotation.

3. How about the payment terms?
TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.
