Track Roller Undercarriage
Production description
Mini track roller undercarriage also called bottom roller undercarriage and lower roller undercarriage is used to support the weight of crawler excavators and roll on the track link. It is also used to keep track link to prevent it from lateral slippage. When the excavator steers, track roller force the track assy to skip on the ground.

Our quality procedures
1. When raw material come inside our factory,we need to test the material composition first.
2. We need to analyze the composition of the first furnace of the steel liquid every day.
3. After several pcs of parts are heattreated, we need to check the hardness before all to be done to guarantee the hardness.
4. Our inspectors will check the sizes when parts are being machined and parts are being assembled.
