Production introduction

Rollers are composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller and the roller body is welded by CO2 automatic welding.

In the process of assembly of roller, the expected and reliable sealing and lubricating rotation of roller are guaranteed by testing of air pressure tightness and load-bearing rotation.

Different sizes of tractor lower roller ask for different type of pallets to fit well into container.

9pcs per pallet,several pallets as a pile up to the weight around 3t

12pcs per pallet, several pallets as a pile up to the weight around 3t

15pcs per pallet, several pallets as a pile up to the weight around 3t

20pcs per pallet, several pallets as a pile up to the weight around 3t

Lead time

Generally speaing, our leat time is 30-45 days after receiving advance payment. It depends on how many kinds of items.

For example, if all the order is for 200 serial tractor bottom roller, the delivery time is within 10days.

Packing and shipping

Generally speaking, we use 20gp container to load the goods. And It can load from 22tons to 28tons. It is up to customer’s requirements.

And sometime, we combine goods of track carrier rollers and other goods which is light but take much room. Then we will use 40 feet container. It can load goods from 22tons to 26tons.

And there are two seaports available Xiament and quanzhou.

Supply ability

We can manufacture around 25000pcs of tractor bottom roller one month.

We are a manufacturer. We do forging and casting by ourselves. And our factory is located in Quanzhou city, Fujina, China.

Please offer us the detailed machine models or mounting sizes.

3. How about the payment terms?

TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.

4. What is the delivery time?

Generally speaking, the delivery time is 20days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(tractor bottom roller, tractor lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.
