Production description

Excavator track roller  also called excavator bottom roller assembly or lower roller assembly are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.

We will select different material as per different working condition for our track roller assembly to meet customer requirements and machine precisely and assemble them well to guarantee the hight quality.

Technical requirement

1. Before assembly, all parts shall be thoroughly deburred and cleaned;

2. The floating seal ring and the floating seal rubber ring shall be degreased and dried;

3. During assembly, a small amount of lubricating oil shall be applied to the working faces of the two floating seal rings;

4. The assembly shall rotate flexibly without jamming;

5. Pressure test for 1 minute, pressure 0.8MPa, no air leakage is allowed;

6. Inject 110 ml of 22 hyperbolic gear oil after pressure test;

7. The hardness HRC52-58
