Do you know how to uninstall and install track shoe,top roller,lower roller and idler for excavator
Trackpad
Disassemble
1.Move the track shoe until the main pin moves over the idler and place the blocks in the corresponding position.
2.Relax the track pad.
When the grease valve is released and the crawler plate is not relaxed, move the excavator back and forth. Remove the main pin with appropriate tools.
3.Slowly move the excavator in the opposite direction so that the track link assembly is laid flat on the ground.
Lift up the excavator and support the lower part with wood blocks.
When the track assy is laid flat on the ground, the operator should not approach the sprocket to avoid bruising.
install
Installation is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Adjust the tension of the track.
Top roller
Disassemble
1.Release the track pad
2.Put up the track pad to a sufficient height so that the top roller can be removed.
3.Release locking nut.
4.Remove the bracket from inside to outside with a screwdriver, and then remove the bracket assembly.
install
Installation is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Bottom roller
Disassemble
1.Release the track pad.
2.Use the working device to support the track rack at one end to be disassembled.
3.Remove the installation bolt and take out the bottom.
install
Installation is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Idler
Disassemble
1.Remove the track shoe. Details can be found in the section on dismantling the track pad.
2.Lifting the tension spring and removing the idler and tension spring from the crawler frame with a crowbar. 3.Remove the bolts and gaskets and separate the guide wheel from the tension spring.
install
Installation is performed in the reverse order of disassembly.
Make sure that the protruding part of the tightening cylinder rod is installed in the cylinder of the crawler rack.
