1. During the installation process, the parts shall be strictly inspected according to the technical requirements of the parts to keep them clean and prevent impurities from entering the installation surface. In particular, the seal face of the seal ring, even if there are small dust particles, will damage the seal and cause oil leakage.
2. The sealing sleeve and sealing rubber ring shall be replaced with new ones in case of aging, deformation, scar and fracture.
3. When the spring force is insufficient, it shall be replaced, and its end face shall be uneven and grindable. When the pressing ring is warped, it shall be repaired and leveled, and the sharp edge shall be removed.
4. The large and small sealing rings are not in strict contact and can be reground to make them have uniform and continuous grinding ring belt. Do not touch the end face of the ring or disturb the mating ring. The thickness of the ring shall be the same, otherwise it shall be replaced.
5. If the thickness of rubber ring is not enough, it is allowed to wrap asbestos rope to make it reach the tightness of / 0.15-0.20kg/cm2.
6. If the axle is bent, out of round or worn at the neck, the hub of the roller and the matching belt of the seal housing are worn, they must be repaired.
7. When the bearing and sealing ring are worn on the plane, the oil resistant rubber ring with the thickness of 2-4mm can be padded between the sealing sleeve and the end face of the hub according to the wear degree. After installation, the seal sleeve assembly shall be able to rotate freely on the hub. In addition, a washer with an outer diameter of 100mm, an inner diameter of 85mm and a thickness of 1.5mm can be used between the outer ring of the bearing and the support shoulder of the seal housing to compensate for the wear of the bearing. When the height of the sealing sleeve is less than 32mm and the width of the bearing is less than 41mm, a new one shall be replaced.
8. The paper pad on the roller shall be intact with appropriate thickness.
