Production description

Track Roller Double Flange also called upper bottom roller or upper lower roller assembly are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.

We will select different material as per different working condition for our track roller assembly to meet customer requirements and machine precisely and assemble them well to guarantee the hight quality.

Track Roller Double Flange are filled with lubricating oil in order to meet their normal working needs and ensure their service life. This requires that the supporting wheels have good sealing performance, and oil leakage can not occur. Therefore, floating oil seals are usually installed on the supporting wheels, but when the internal cleanliness of the supporting wheels decreases and the internal lubricants are mixed with impurities, it will not only aggravate the relative wear of internal components, but also directly or indirectly lead to the damage of floating oil seals, and then develop into the ultimate failure of the supporting wheels due to oil leakage.
