Double flange track roller can be divided into rigidly connected track roller and elastically suspended bottom roller. The structure and characteristics of single-flanged and double-flanged track rollers and their arrangement sequence in bulldozer undercarriage are introduced respectively. Rigid connection supporting wheels have the characteristics of simple connection mode and are suitable for small and medium power bulldozers. The elastic suspension lower rollers are divided into K-type suspension and X-type suspension. Both kinds of elastic suspended supporting wheels can give full play to the role of all supporting wheels to improve traction and adhesion performance of bulldozers and ride comfort of drivers. K-type suspension has better adaptability to uneven ground than X-type suspension.
