Product introduction

The bulldozer track roller is one of the four wheels of bulldozer undercarriage. Its main function is to support the weight of bulldozer and let the track move along the lower rollers.

The main raw material for roller body are 45# steel 50Mn or 40Mn2 and other materials.the main process of manufacturing rollers are casting , forging, mechanical processing, and then heat treatment. the hardness of the wheel surface after quenching to reach HRC58 or so, in order to increase the wear resistance of the roller surface. The processing accuracy of the roller shaft is required to be high. Generally, NC machine tools are needed to process the shaft to meet the requirements.
