A single piston rod hydraulic cylinder has a piston rod at one end. Both ends of the inlet and outlet nozzles A and B can pass through pressure oil or return oil to realize two-way movement, so they are called double-acting cylinders.

The piston hydraulic cylinder can be divided into two types: single rod type and double rod type. Its fixing mode is fixed by cylinder block and piston rod type. According to the action of hydraulic pressure, there are single-acting and double-acting. In a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, the pressure oil is supplied only to one chamber of the cylinder, and the cylinder moves unilaterally by hydraulic pressure, while the reverse movement is realized by external force (such as spring force, self-weight or external load), while the motion of the piston of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder is accomplished by alternating two chambers and by hydraulic pressure.

1. What are main factors that effect your price?

Price is effected by main factors below:

1) Order quantity: the bigger quantity, the better price.

2) Raw steel price: if raw materials price is stable, our price is stable.

3) USD/RMB exchange rate.

4) Size: if it is regular size, price is regular. If not, price is based on size detail.

5) Length: to make your cost down, we suggest honed tubes length be unfixed 4 to 6 meter range. For chrome plated bars, we suggest length be fixed 3 or 6 meter.

The suggested length is mainly decided by raw materials length.

For example, if you need chrome plated bars length 4.5 meter, price is higher than the chromed bars with length 6 meter because the raw steel bar length is 6 meter. If we produce 4.5 meter, 1.5 meter length of the chrome plated rods will be wasted

2. What is the payment term? How can we trust you and make payment?

Normal payment is by T/T. Payment by LC can be negotiated.

Honed tubes package: oilded and capped on tub end. PE sheet bundles wrapped package or as per request.

Chrome plated bars package: oiled and protected by hardboard sleeves, then in seaworty wooden case.

Hydaulic cylinder package: wrapped by PE film and packed in strong wooden case.

Logo or marking will be as per customer’s request.
