The track crane idler is used to guide the track to rotate correctly to prevent track deviation and detailment. Most of track crane front idlers also act as track rollers.this can increase the contact area between the track and the ground and reduce the grounding pressure.the surface of crane front idler is made into a smooth surface and the middle arm ring acts as the guide.and the the torus on both sides support the track link.The smaller the distance between the crane idler and the nearest track roller, the better guidance.

Attentions of assembling of crane idler roller

1. Before assembling rollers,smooth the sharp part of sapre parts and do the deburring,clean the inner holes of the roller body and oil seal etc..

2. Do not break and scratch any part of the sealing parts.

3. Do not oil and distort the rubber floating seal ring during assembling the rollers.

4. A small amount of oil should be covered on the contacting surface while fitting the floating seal group.

before you pay the balance.
