Production description

The role of roller track is to transfer the weight of excavator to the ground. When the excavator travels on uneven road, the track roller will be subjected to the impact of the ground. Therefore, it is subjected to heavy loads, poor working conditions, often in the dust, sometimes immersed in mud, so good sealing is required.       

Material Science:            

Multiply 35MN and 50MN. The hardness of the wheel surface is up to HRC52-HRC58 by quenching to obtain good wear resistance.            

Characteristic:            

Sliding bearing support is often used. Floating oil seal is used to prevent dust.
