Production Introduction:
The carrier roller is to hold the track upward, so that the track has a certain degree of tension.
Technical Requirements Of Top Roller D7G
1. Assemble front wheel inner hole, bearing, oil seal and other parts, and clean them
2. Grease shall be applied to the three rubber rings before assembly, but the contact surface of O-type floating seal rubber ring and floating seal ring shall not be oiled, and the rubber ring shall not be twisted after assembly
3. The oil seal ring shall be thoroughly cleaned. During assembly, the working surface of the oil seal ring shall be strictly kept clean and divided by the clean oil
4. After assembly, the displacement of supporting axle is 0.1-0.2mm, and it can rotate flexibly by hand
5. After assembly, inject vehicle oil (summer 15, winter 10) for four hours without leakage
6. The painting color of the assembly shall be in accordance with jb2299-78 painting color and safety sign of mining, engineering, hoisting and transportation machinery products
