Features | Induction hardening For induction hardening, a key-operation uses special design multiple teeth inductors. Hardened area overlapping is thus minimized, eliminating field failure. Differential heat treatment is also introduced on selected items, resulting in sprocket and chain longer wear life. |
Packing
Each pile of exacava sprocket rims need to be around 2tons for easy loading.

Undercarriage is adopting through hardening system and spraying quenching system while complying with the stringent ISO System. We are able to assure the part has excellent wear resistance even in the most severe working conditions.
We are using advance machining centre,horizontal and vertical CNC machining to execute processes such as machining, drilling, threading and milling to ensure the qulity and precision of each component to ensure the accuracy of assembly dimensions. This is to maximize the life span of each component and minimize production cost per hour.
Our product range for bulldozer type of equipment sizes from Caterpillar D3 to D11,from Komatsu D20 to D375 as well as from excavator sizes from 5 tons to 40tons.

Yes, you can offer us the main dimension. Then we can compare with our ready products and make a drawing for your checking.

4. What is the delivery time?
Generally speaking, the delivery time is 30days to 45days.it depend on how many items for a order. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is within 10days.
