Harvester track rollers are composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller and the roller body is welded by CO2 automatic welding.
We will select different material as per different working condition for our track rollers to meet customer requirements and machine precisely and assemble them well to guarantee the hight quality.

Each harvester bottom roller shell is carefully heat treated to ensure long wear life and stress resistance.
Precision care
Each harvester bottom roller is precision machined to house special high impact low wear bimetal bushings.
Bimetal bushing
Bimetal bushing of our harvester lower roller is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

1. What is your payment terms?
TT 30percent as deposit,TT 70 percent balance after receipt the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight
2. How can you control your quality?
When material come inside our factory, we need to analyze the material cost. And when front idlers and sprocket rims material are casted. We need to analyze the composition to see if the material is qualified or not. When track rollers, carrier rollers and front idlers are being assembled, we need to oil leakage testing. After several parts are heat treated, we need to check the hardness before all are done.And our inspectors will check the sizes at ramdom when parts are being machined or assembled. All of these can guarantee the parts with correct sizes and good quality.
3. What is the moq?
Full container load and less container load both acceptable.
