Quality control

When material come inside our factory, we need to inspect the material composition first to guarantee the material is the right one.

 

Problems for unqualified rollers:         

A. The roller body is worn easily. The reason for this is that the steel used is not qualified or the hardness of the material is low and the wear resistance is not enough;            

B. Oil leakage. The roller shaft is always rotating through the shaft sleeve, and the roller body needs to be lubricated with oil. However, if the sealing ring is not good, it is easy to produce oil leakage. In this way, the shaft and the shaft sleeve are easy to wear without lubrication, resulting in the product can not be used.            

There are several reasons for the oil leakage: 1. The floating oil seal is unqualified; 2. The roundness of the product shaft sleeve is not enough; 3. The glossiness of the supporting shaft is not enough; 4. The gear oil is not up to the standard; 5. The machining dimension tolerance problems will cause the oil leakage of the rollers.
