Technical requirement

1. Check all parts strictly before assembly and clean them

2. A small amount of oil shall be applied to the mating surface of the shaft sleeve and straight shaft before assembly

3. The floating oil seal ring shall be assembled in pairs, and its sealing surface shall be coated with lubricating oil. O-ring and floating oil seal ring

The contact surface shall not be coated with grease, and the assembly of floating seal rubber ring shall not be twisted

4. During assembly, pay attention to the oil groove direction of the shaft and the installation plane of the side cover

5. After assembly, ensure that the axial clearance is 0.4-0.7mm. Rotate the wheel body by hand, and feel the resistance moment, but there is no jamming,

6. After installation, fill in the filtered lubricating oil and check that there is no leakage. Then run in for 3-5 minutes to make it run smoothly

7. The painting color shall comply with jb2299-78 or the customer's requirements
