Collars of track roller are made by ductile iron. It shows exceptional resisitance to shock.

Technical requirements:

1. Before installation, remove the slag on the surface of each part and clean it

2. Install the floating oil seal ring correctly. The surface is coated with pure oil film, and the O-ring shall not be twisted or skewed

3. The assembly must pass the sealing test without air leakage under the pressure of 0.6MPa

4. Each filling hole must be filled with diesel engine oil ecc40

5. After 6 minutes running in test, the manually rotating wheel body shall be light without jamming

6. Degrease the outer surface and spray two coats of antirust paint
