Production description

Mini track rollers are often in mud, water and just and bear strong impact. Therefore,they are required to be sealed reliably and wear-resisitant.

We will select different material as per different working condition for our track rollers to meet customer requirements and machine precisely and assemble them well to guarantee the hight quality.

Each mini digger lower roller shaft is machined by the utilization of the most modern technological advances known to the industry, Grinding and finishing methods ensure mirror like finish and tempering with medium to low frequency heat treating equipment guarantees maximum strength.

Collar

Collars of mini digger bottom rollers are made by ductile iron. It shows exceptional resisitance to shock.

Lubrication oil

Lubrication oil of mini digger bottom rollers is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

We are a manufacturer. We do forging and casting by ourselves. And our factory is located in Quanzhou city, Fujina, China.

2. How could you know if our parts are fitted to machines?

Please offer us the detailed machine models or mounting sizes.

3. How about the payment terms?

TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.

4. What is the delivery time?
20-45 days after receiving the down.

5. Packaging
Packed on fumigating pallet with steel strip.

6. Delivery port
Main port: Dalian, xiamen, ningbo, China

7. What about the warranty time?
Excavator: 6months or 2000 working hours
