Production description

Mini track roller also called mini bottom roller and mini lower roller is used to support the weight of crawler excavators and roll on the track link. It is also used to keep track link to prevent it from lateral slippage. When the excavator steers, track roller force the track assy to skip on the ground.

Bimetal bushing

Bimetal bushing of our mini lower roller is based on steel plate which special alloy is sintered on it. It shows high loading ability and high ability of fatigue resistance.

Floating seal group

Floating seal group of our mini rollers has super seal performance under bad working conditions like being muddy or steamy etc.. it is applicable for the condition of low speed and heavy load. And it is anti-friction and can be auto-compensated after wearing.

Lubrication oil

Lubrication oil of our mini lower roller is selected carefully. It can lubricate shaft and bushing well to lower the wearing utmostly. And it can cool the roller perfectly. Those maximize the inner structure life.

3.Which payment terms can we accept?
Normally we can work on T/T or L/C.
1)On T/T term, 30% payment is required in advance for production, 70% balance shall 
be paid before delivery or against the copy of original B/L for old long cooperation clients.
2)On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight without "soft clauses" can be accepted.
