Crawler track shoes, one of the undercarriage parts of construction machinery, is a kind of vulnerable part of the construction machinery . Commonly used in excavators, bulldozers, crawler cranes, pavers and other construction machinery.
Most excavators use three rib track shoes, a few use flat bottom track shoes. In the design of three rib track shoes, first of all, the specific pressure of grounding and the meshing soil capacity between the reinforcement and the ground should be calculated to ensure the necessary adhesion; second, the track shoes should have high bending strength and wear resistance. Generally, the three rib track shoe has two mud cleaning holes. When the track shoe rotates around the driving wheel, the mud on the chain rail link can be removed automatically with the help of the gear teeth, so the mud cleaning hole should be located between the two screw holes that fix the track shoe on the chain rail link.

2.Trapezoid port R10, Q and m are allowed to have burr with height no more than 1.00.
