how to choose track shoes in different working conditons?
(1) Under the condition of common soil (below grade 4), single tooth track shoes should be selected, which have sharp tooth profile, firm grip and strong traction. If used in rock work, it may bend or break due to its insufficient strength. (2) Under the condition of rock and soil, rock type track shoes and long-life track shoes should be selected. This kind of track shoe has high strength and good wear resistance. During stonework, due to the cold work hardening effect, the surface mm of track shoe always maintains high hardness. In addition, the bolt guard rib, reinforcing rib and relatively thick tooth section thickness of track shoe make the rock type track not firmly grasps the ground, but this kind of track belt has high torsional and bending strength, good tightening degree of track bolt and high connection strength. (3) When loading and digging snow, half double tooth track shoes should be used. The height of the track teeth is between single tooth and three tooth track shoes, and there are two unequal height track teeth, which have the characteristics of large traction and can prevent frequent steering. This kind of track teeth has large thickness, high torsional and bending strength under heavy load, and the disadvantage is poor riding comfort on the hard ground. (4) Wetland track shoes and snow track shoes shall be used on wetland and snow respectively. The cross section of wetland track shoes is 3 arc sections, with large grounding area, large buoyancy and no tooth tip, which will not cut off any object on the ground; there are special arc sections at both ends to prevent sideslip. The disadvantages are low strength, easy deformation, not suitable for dehumidification. The snow track shoes have ribs and the track teeth have steps, which can prevent sideslip. The back edge of the board surface is cut off, and it is easy to extrude the ice and snow left on the track shoes. If it is used in ordinary soil and rock, the track is easy to wear or damage. (5) The flat track shoes and rubber track shoes can be used on the stone pavement and paved pavement respectively. The former has no track teeth, the bolt head is lower than the plate surface, so it will not damage the road or the ground when walking or working; the latter is to fix the rubber block on the track plate ground, when the machine is walking, it will not damage the road surface, and there is no noise when crawling; the disadvantage is that their scope of application is limited. (6) It is characterized by high heat resistance, high strength and long service life. It can also be used in stonework.
