Roller Track Digger
Production:
Roller track digger is used to support the weight of diggers, so that the track moves along the wheel. Its main structure includes axle, wheel body, end cover, axle sleeve and sealing components. The axle consists of the wheel body installation section located in the middle and the end cover installation section located on both sides of the wheel body installation section. The wheel body is set on the wheel body installation section, and the axle sleeve is set between the wheel body and the wheel body installation section. The cover sleeve is arranged on the end cover installation section. Usually one end of the axle is connected with the oil supply source, and the other end is opened on the oil circuit outside the wheel body installation section. When working, the lubricant from the oil supply source is transferred to the axle sleeve through the oil circuit to lubricate the axle sleeve.

Our quality procedures
1. When raw material come inside our factory,we need to test the material composition first.
2. We need to analyze the composition of the first furnace of the steel liquid every day.
3. After several pcs of parts are heattreated, we need to check the hardness before all to be done to guarantee the hardness.
4. Our inspectors will check the sizes when parts are being machined and parts are being assembled.

We are a professional factory, not a trade company.
2. What is your delivery time?
FOB Xiamen or any Chinese port : Less than 30 days . If there are any parts in stock , our delivery time is only 7-10 days.
3. Is there any guarantee of your parts?
There are 6 months guarantee time for excacavar parts under normal working conditions and 3months guaranteet tiem for bulldozer parts under normal working conditions.
