We should pay special attention to the temperature difference between inside and outside the cab. It is very easy to cause the operator cold, cough, fever, mental retardation and other diseases. If the air-conditioning temperature is too low and the load on the engine increases, the fuel consumption will increase.
2Clean and replace filters regularly to prevent clogging
The air conditioning of excavators should also be maintained regularly. Air conditioning filters are usually cleaned once every 500 hours. If they work in a dusty environment for a long time, they need to be cleaned regularly. When there is too much dust or other impurities on the filter, the mesh of the filter will be blocked and the cooling effect of the air conditioner will be reduced. Of course, filters must be replaced regularly.
3. Impurity Cleaning Inspection of Condenser Sheet
In addition to regular cleaning of air-conditioning filters, it is also necessary to clean and check the air-conditioning condenser sheets. The impurities such as soil and dust above should be cleaned in time to prevent the blockage of air-conditioning condenser and affect the cooling effect of air-conditioning.
4. Cleaning of other impurities in air conditioning
Cleaning up other impurities, such as removing the dust on the radiator, because too much dust on the radiator will increase the fuel consumption of the engine; the impurities at the air intake of the air conditioner should also be handled in time, and the excessive impurities will block the air intake, resulting in a smaller air outlet of the air conditioner.
5. Check belt tension of air conditioning compressor
Check belt tension of air conditioning compressor regularly, usually every 250 hours. In the middle position between the driving pulley and the compressor pulley, press the belt with a finger (about 6.2kgf force), and the deflection of the belt should be 6.3-8.7mm. In addition, regular inspection of refrigerants is needed. Low refrigerant liquid will affect the cooling effect.
6. Check air conditioning season without digging machine
Excavator air conditioning is of course used for cooling and refrigeration in summer. It is not used in most other seasons. It is necessary to check when the air conditioner is idle. * It should be guaranteed to operate air conditioner for 3 to 5 minutes every month to prevent long-term failure.
