Weekly maintenance and inspection, inspection and maintenance of the following content: 

A, Check the double girder crane brake on the NUT, open pin, positioning plate is complete, loose, lever and spring without cracks, brake wheel pin bolts and cushioning washer is loose, complete; brake is reliable braking.

When the brake is turned on, the opening of the brake tile should be less than 1.0mm and the gap between the sides of the brake wheel should be equal, and the axle pins must not have a stuck phenomenon.

B, Check whether the double-beam crane safety switch and limit switch positioning accurate, flexible and reliable work, especially the rise limit is reliable.

C, Check the double girder crane reel and pulley on the wire rope winding is normal, there is no grooving, string groove, knotting, distortion and other phenomena, wire rope pressure plate bolts are fastened, whether there is a double nut anti-loosening device.

D. Check whether the fastening screws on the coupling seal cover of the lifting mechanism of the double girder crane are loose and in short supply.

E, Check whether the transmission of the agencies is normal, there is no abnormal noise.

F, Check whether all lubrication parts of the lubrication condition is good.

G, Check whether there are foreign bodies in the crane track that hinder the operation of the bridge machine.
