Liebherr China Company Rename Notice

The original Liebherr Machinery Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was formally renamed Liebherr (China) Co., Ltd. and its registered capital was changed from $13.33 million to RMB 100 million. In addition, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, accounts, tax numbers, etc. of the company use the name of the new company.            

The name change of Liebherr Company has no effect on all creditor's rights and liabilities of the company. From the date of registration change, the creditor's rights and liabilities of the former Liebherr Machinery Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries are all enjoyed and assumed by Liebherr (China) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
