INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS:
The excavator lower roller body materials are generally 50Mn, 40Mn2, etc. the main process is casting or forging, machining, and then heat treatment. The hardness of the wheel surface after quenching should reach hrc52 ~ 58 to increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface. The machining accuracy of the roller axle is required to be high, generally it needs to be processed by numerical control machine to meet the requirements. There are more materials of 40Mn2, and quenching heat treatment should be carried out after processing. And the sliding bearing support and floating oil seal are used to prevent dust. The advantage of doing this is: generally, only one time of butter is added in an overhaul period, which simplifies the routine maintenance of the excavator.

1. How About The Payment Terms?
TT 30 percent deposit,and TT 70percent balance after seeing the scan copy of bill of lading or LC at sight.
2. What Is The Delivery Time?
Generally speaking, the delivery time is 30 days. But if the whole order are 200 serial track roller(bottom roller, lower roller), the delivery time is from 10-15 days.
3. What Is MOQ For The Order?
FCL and LCL are both acceptable.

When material come inside our factory, we need to analyze the material cost. And our inspectors will check the sizes at random when parts are being machined or assembled. All of these can guarantee the parts with correct sizes and good quality.
